The sun was out yesterday making the 35 ish degree weather feel a little warmer so we made a trip to the zoo. There were only ten or so cars in the parking lot so we basically had the place to ourselves. Since Carolyn's favorite animals are the polar bears, who should be enjoying this weather, we thought we might see some action from them.
They both walked around a little and one played briefly with its toy, but neither went for a swim.
The lions, on the other hand, we active, roaring and
pacing, right in our faces.
