Our big boy finally got his chance to head off to school today (he was sad that he didn't start last week with his sister).
James' first day was only an hour and parents were invited to stay to learn about the classroom and the curriculum. James jumped right in and started checking out the toys.
They had a mini-circle time where they sang a song, read a book and practiced listening to their teacher Mrs. R. James was not at all shy about shouting out answers.
The only proof that I was there. He was excited to get his new bag and had no desire to be held on my lap for a photo.
