First real dentist visit

After her trial run at my appointment in December, Carolyn was ready for her first real dentist appointment. She watched me get my teeth cleaned (and even helped the hygienist with the suction wand) and then hopped up into the chair. She opened nice and wide for her teeth to be counted and examined. Then she picked out her polish flavor, she chose mint after also sniffing grape and bubble gum, and sat patiently and relaxed while her teeth were polished. The dentist checked for signs of bite issues caused by her thumb sucking, but saw none. I still had him encourage her to give up the habit, though his comments haven't impacted her behaviour yet.
